Hacienda Guadalupe

It is a vineyard that harmoniously combines the characteristics of a wine area with those of traditional Mexican haciendas.

The hacienda-hotel restaurant has a terrace from which you can admire a spectacular view of the valley, including the house’s vines.

Its menu highlights the chocolate duck, stuffed quail and lamb ribs with rosemary. It is located at Km 81.5 of the Tecate – Ensenada highway.

Finca Altozano

This restaurant is supplied with natural products and artisan elaborations from Baja California orchards, ranches and seas and has an extensive wine list as well as a local beer.

La Finca Altozano is owned by famous Baja California chef Javier Plasencia , the creator of several revolutionary restaurants in Tijuana, such as Misión 19.

Finca Altozano is located on the Tecate – Ensenada highway at Km 83. The stars of the menu are the croaker pork rinds for tacos, the cold-smoked sawfish tiradito, the farmed horse mackerel and the beef cheek casserole.

Located in Rancho Olivares, Almazara Gastrobar is located in the midst of tens of thousands of olive trees, a plantation that began to develop under the government of President Lázaro Cárdenas as a pioneer territory for the production of olives in Mexico. The ranch’s restaurant operates under the gastrobar concept, merging exquisite food and excellent drinks, presided over, of course, by the wines of Valle de Guadalupe. Occasionally they present the creations of guest chefs and maintain an active gastronomic program in accordance with the main festive dates of the year. Rancho Olivares is located on the Tecate – Ensenada highway, Km 84.5.
